Fanchise is a trading brand of ESTADIA GROUP LTD. It is not a separate legal entity.

  • Content Creators (CC)
  • Combined DFP/CC users
  • Any registered user of the Fanchise Dashboard

It does not apply to the separate Goal Post consumer-facing app, which is governed by its own privacy documentation.

We do not store full card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4.3 Referral & Earnings Data

  • Referral link usage

6. Revenue Attribution & Tracking Model

Fanchise operates a referral-based revenue-sharing system connected to activity within the Goal Post platform.

Because advertising providers (such as Google AdMob) do not provide per-user revenue attribution:

  • Revenue is estimated using country-level CPM data.
  • User impression counts are recorded.
  • A confidence adjustment factor may be applied to account for invalid traffic, VPN usage, shared devices, or ad blockers.

Referral mapping is permanent unless terminated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

7. Payments & Stripe Connect

All subscription and payout processing is handled by Stripe and Stripe Connect.

When you create or connect a Stripe account:

  • Stripe processes your financial information.
  • Stripe acts as an independent data controller.
  • You are also subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

We store only the Stripe identifiers necessary to operate payouts.

8. Fraud Prevention & Security Monitoring

To protect the integrity of the Platform, we may:

  • Monitor IP addresses and device fingerprints
  • Detect referral stacking or artificial traffic
  • Suspend accounts pending investigation
  • Retain data for audit and fraud prevention purposes

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data:

  • For as long as your account remains active
  • For up to six (6) years following account closure for financial and legal compliance
  • Longer where required for fraud investigations or regulatory obligations
